To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and within the same condition that you simply received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kindly provide us with the following details to process the Return Request at our end.

• Contact us and provide Order ID details.
• Customer Support will confirm the request and will inform you about the process.
• Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, Books Library will refund the entire amount within 10 days or will provide you with a Refund Voucher which helps you buy a book of your choice later.

Payment modes of refund available after returns/cancellations:

• Refunds are made to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
• Refund Mode -The refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
• Time needed for Refund: 7 to 10 business days; once the return/cancellation request is processed.
